This means that COLISEUM optimises workflow in the workshop, minimising manual tasks and increasing production volumes compared to traditional ovens, enabling a baking process that is less labour-intensive.

The NATURAL STONE baking belt can be replaced with a perforated stainless steel slat conveyor or a tightly woven stainless steel mesh belt
