Thanks to the stainless-steel baking chamber fully lined with NATURAL STONE and direct stone baking with radiant heat, it ensures consistent and uniform baking results while maintaining the artisanal quality of the final product.The GSC control system allows the use of only the energy actually needed during the active baking time, significantly reducing hourly consumption.
This means that COLISEUM optimises workflow in the workshop, minimising manual tasks and increasing production volumes compared to traditional ovens, enabling a baking process that is less labour-intensive.

The NATURAL STONE baking belt can be replaced with a perforated stainless steel slat conveyor or a tightly woven stainless steel mesh belt
